[Abstract] It uses literature research and practical methods，delves intothe "One Vertical and ThreeHorizontal"training

model for physical educationteachers underregionalcollborative teachingand research.Firstly，itthoroughlyanalyzes

theconnotationand principlesof regional collaborative teaching andresearch.Next，basedon theexampleof Zhifu

District， it disects the "One Vertical and Three Horizontal" training system for physical education teachers.Among

them，the "One Vertical" focuses on regular teaching and research，and trains teachers in a hierarchical manner，

specificallycovering the "Green and Blue Project" tohelp newcomers grow，skilltraining to enhance teacher literacy，

andinovative teaching methods for the same course with different structures；The "Three Horizontal" includes the schoolsports allance shaping excelent teachers through multi-department collboration，the"Three Grinding Lesons" and subject research，integrating resources from renowned teacher studios to cultivate backbone teachers，as wellas establishing the scientific evaluation system to assist teachers'development comprehensively. Research indicates thatthismodelsgnificantlyenhances teachers'profesionalcompetence，teachingabilityandresearchcapabilities of physical educationteachers through precise hierarchical traning，multifacetedcollaboration，andscientificevaluation system. It integrates and optimizes regional physical education resources，providing strong support for the sustainable development of regional physical education.
