Mechanism and Countermeasures of Bounce Training to Improve Air Volleyball Sports Skills

LI Zhe Hubei OpenUniversity,Wuhan,HubeiProvince,466ooo China [Abstract] This study employs three methodological approaches—literature review,expert interviews,and logical analysis—to systematicaly examine the mechanism, training principle and implementation countermeasures of jumping training for ehancing air volleyballsports skill.The research suggests that the function mechanism ofbouncing training to enhance theair vollyballsills includes: strengthening the muscle burst to enhance the power of the ball optimizing the nerve conduction to speed up the response speed; enhancing the body coordination to improve the pace of movement.The training ofjumping skils to enhance the performance in air vollyball should follow the principlesof goal-orientedand precise force application training;thecombination of dynamic and static exercises for scientific and eficientraining; phased planning for steadyprogres;andcustomized training plans basedonindividualdiferences. Finally,this paper proposes implementation strategies suchas diversified training to enrich jumping methods; physical fitness asstance to consolidate physical fitnes; and psychological adjustment to strengthen training willower.
