[Abstract]Withincreasingintensityinmodernbasketball,therequirementforlowerbodyhasescalatedsignificantly. However,current training methods lack variety and fail to met basketballspecific needs,limiting strength gains and increasing injury risk.This paper proposes four measures: enhancing strength through standardized exercises,improving stabilitywith specialized equipment,strengthening lower bodypower with explosive training,and improving skils throughbasketball-specificscenarios.Thesemeasuresaimtoenhanceplayers'overallowerbodyabilities,boosttheir competitive edge,and provide scientific training guidance for their development.
