Currently，the ice and snow industry in Siping City， represented by Yehe Royal Mountain Ski Resort， iscontinuously improving its supporting facilities andoffering increasingly diverse entertainment projects. Although the tourism industry is booming，the quality of tourism services stillneeds to be further improved.This article intends to construct a development model for the deep integration of the ice and snow industry and tourism industry in Siping City from four aspects： resource integration，product innovation，industrial chain extension，and regional collaboration.Atthesame time，by strengthening policy support， simplifying approval processes， improving infrastructure， strengthening brand building，and promoting technological innovation applications， it provides strong support for the high-quality development of Siping City's ice and snow economy，and promotes local economic growth and the tourism industry upgrading.
