However, it is currently faced with dilemmas such as the botteneck of infrastructure technology,the limitation of teachers' profesional abilityand the dilemmas of students'adaptability.To this end,countermeasures such as strengthening infrastructure construction,promoting the integrationand advancement of teachingabilityand technology,and cultivating students'digital literacyare proposed,aiming to help collge physical educationachieve high-quality development in the digital wave and cultivate well-rounded sports talents in the new era.
