Research on Innovation Path of Tennis Training Method Based on Information Technology

SHI Chong Shanxi College of Technology， Shuozhou， Shanxi Province， O36ooo China [Abstract] The advancement of information technologyhas providedan important support for innovating tennis training mode.Based on theapplication status of information technology in tenis training，this paper analyzes theuse of sports data analysissystem，virtual simulation training platformand intellgent wearable device，andfinds thatthecurenttennis training hassome problems including lack oftargeted training programand insuficient interactivity.Toaddressthese limitations，innovativestrategies are put forward，suchas constructing personalized training program，strengthening training interactivity，realizing thecombinationof virtualandreal training，improving training interest，and developing intellgent training system.Theresearch aims to advance tennis training toward scientific，personalized，and efficiency-driven practices while establishing theoretical frameworks and technological infrastructure for enhancing athletic performance.
