[Abstract]Asoneofthecore tactics inthe basketballgame，theofensive and defensive transition plays an important roleinthecontrolofthe rhythmof thegame，the eficiencyof the tactical executionand the improvement of the comprehensiveabilityof the players.With the continuous improvement of basketball teaching requirements，developing students'transition awarenesshas become an urgent problem in the field of basketball teaching.This paper deeply analyzes the importance ofoffensiveand defensive switching consciousnessinbasketball，and discusses thefactors that afect the formationofstudentsconsciousnes，suchasdynamic perceptiononthecourt，strategicthinking，improvisation and situation assessment.The study proposes evidence-based training strategies to cultivate proper transition concepts through systematic drils and varied instructional approaches.These methods enhance players'in-game adaptabilityand tactical proficiency.Thisstudynotonly provides asystematic theoretical basis forbasketballteaching，butalsoprovides a clear direction for teachers to formulate training plans and explore teaching practice.Through the implementation of efective trainingstrategies，itcanmettheneedsofcurrent students frteimprovementofbasetballskils，promote theoverallimprovementofbasketballteachingqualityandlayasolid foundationfortraining moreexcellent basketball players.
