Collegeof Sports Science,HarbinNormal University,Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,15oo25 China [Abstract] Withthedeepening implementationof qualityeducationin China,vigorouslystrengthening thedevelopment of school physical education and reforming the teaching mode of physical education have become key links in promoting the progressof school physical education in China.Thisarticleuses research methods such as literature review,logical analysis,andmathematicalstatistics toexploreindepth howartificialintellgenceempowersthe5Eteachingmodel to promote the development of school physical education.The study aims to foster students'digital literacy and learning effciency,therebyproviding favorable teachingsupport forthe improvement of students'sports abilities and the shaping of their physical character.Through research,it is ultimately pointed out thatthe 5E teaching model empowered by artificial inteligence significantlyimproves students'leaingoutcomes andoverallquality,enhancesclasroominteraction and personalized learning experience.These results offer anew perspective and practical path for the development of future intelligent education.
