食品微生物檢測技術(shù)應(yīng)用探討

摘 要：食品微生物檢測對保障食品安全具有重要意義。本文概述了食品微生物檢測技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，重點闡述了聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定、生物傳感器等常用檢測技術(shù)的原理、步驟、應(yīng)用情況，分析了各技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢和局限性，為食品微生物檢測技術(shù)的選擇提供參考。

Discussion on the Application of Food Microbial Detection Technology

Abstract： Food microbiological testing is of great significance for ensuring food safety. This paper summarizes the development status of food microbial detection technology， focuses on the principle， procedure and application of common detection technology such as polymerase chain reaction， enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and biosensor， analyzes the advantages and limitations of each technology， and provides reference for the selection of food microbial detection technology.
