食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)量管理中存在的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題及分析

摘 要：針對(duì)當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)在“雙隨機(jī)、一公開”檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，本文根據(jù)法律法規(guī)、國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)章制度要求等，匯總食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)存在的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題，并對(duì)其問(wèn)題來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析和闡釋，旨在為指導(dǎo)食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)正確認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題、理解問(wèn)題、糾正問(wèn)題以及提升質(zhì)量管理水平提供借鑒。

Common Problems and Analysis in Quality Management of Food Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract： In view of the problems found in the “double random， one open” inspection of food inspection and testing institutions under the current situation， this paper summarizes the common problems existing in food inspection and testing institutions according to laws and regulations， national standards， rules and regulations requirements， and analyzes and explains the sources of problems. The purpose is to provide reference for guiding food inspection and testing institutions to correctly understand， correct and improve the quality management level.
