提升珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策研究

摘 要：近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，預(yù)制菜以其方便快捷的特點成為食品行業(yè)增長最快的品類之一，進一步豐富了適應(yīng)當(dāng)今消費者快節(jié)奏生活方式的方便食品體系。本文重點介紹了珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，闡述了預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題，并給出了提升珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of economy， prefabricated dishes have become one of the fastest-growing categories in the food industry because of their convenience， which has further enriched the convenience food system that adapts to today’s fast-paced lifestyle of consumers. This article focuses on the current development status of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai， elaborates on the development issues of the prefabricated vegetable industry， and provides countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai.
