提升珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策研究

摘 要：近年來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，預(yù)制菜以其方便快捷的特點(diǎn)成為食品行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)最快的品類(lèi)之一，進(jìn)一步豐富了適應(yīng)當(dāng)今消費(fèi)者快節(jié)奏生活方式的方便食品體系。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，闡述了預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題，并給出了提升珠海預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策。

Abstract： In recent years， with the development of economy， prefabricated dishes have become one of the fastest-growing categories in the food industry because of their convenience， which has further enriched the convenience food system that adapts to today’s fast-paced lifestyle of consumers. This article focuses on the current development status of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai， elaborates on the development issues of the prefabricated vegetable industry， and provides countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhuhai.
