摘 要：網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，既為食客帶來了便捷享受，也帶來了食品安全監(jiān)管的新難題，如餐飲商家違規(guī)經(jīng)營、網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐平臺資質(zhì)審核工作開展不到位、政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管體系不完善。為筑牢食品安全防線，保障消費者的飲食安全與健康權(quán)益，應(yīng)規(guī)范餐飲商家的經(jīng)營行為、強化網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐平臺資質(zhì)審核機制、完善政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管體系。

Abstract： The rapid development of the online food ordering industry has not only brought convenient enjoyment to diners， but also brought new problems in food safety supervision， such as illegal operation of catering businesses， inadequate qualification audit of online food ordering platforms， and imperfect government network supervision system. In order to build a solid food safety defense line and protect the food safety and health rights and interests of consumers， the business behavior of catering businesses should be standardized， the qualification review mechanism of online ordering platforms should be strengthened， and the government’s network supervision system should be improved.
