食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施存在的問題及改進(jìn)對策
摘 要:在食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施過程中,存在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新滯后、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行存在地區(qū)差異、檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)難以匹配標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)理解應(yīng)用存在偏差等方面的問題。針對這些問題,本文提出加速標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新、統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行、提升檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)以及強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)等改進(jìn)建議,為促進(jìn)食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有效實(shí)施提供理論參考和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。

Abstract: In the process of implementing food safety standards, there are some problems such as delayed updating of standards, regional differences in the implementation of standards, difficult matching of inspection technology and deviations in the understanding and application of standards. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward improvement suggestions such as accelerating standard update, unifying standard implementation, upgrading inspection technology and strengthening training, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the effective implementation of food safety standards.
