淺談聚羧酸減水劑復(fù)配的應(yīng)用
摘 要:對(duì)混凝土用聚羧酸減水劑工作性的影響因素及其規(guī)律入手,提出了改善聚羧酸減水劑工作性的可操作性措施,改變聚羧酸減水劑復(fù)配方案、增加各種輔助小料、優(yōu)化其外加劑的摻量比例及消除引起不適應(yīng)性的因素等,并列舉了工程應(yīng)用實(shí)例。

Abstract:Starting with the influencing factors and laws of the workability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer for concrete,this paper puts forward some operable measures to improve the workability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,such as changing the compounding scheme of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,adding various auxiliary small materials,optimizing the dosage ratio of its admixture and eliminating the factors causing inadaptability,etc.,and gives examples of engineering applications.
