摘要：研究生教育屬于國家最高層次的教育，肩負著培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量人才的重任。努力提升我國研究生的創(chuàng)新和職業(yè)發(fā)展能力對于提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，促進社會的創(chuàng)新和快速發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)國家急需的人才具有非常重要的意義。本文結(jié)合有關高校的具體情況，分析了現(xiàn)存的問題，提出了研究生創(chuàng)新和職業(yè)發(fā)展能力培養(yǎng)的具體措施。

Abstract：Graduate education belongs to the highest level of national education and shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents.It is of great significance to improve the innovation and career development ability of postgraduates in China for improving the quality of talent training，promoting the innovation and rapid development of society，and cultivating talents urgently needed by the country.According to the specific situation of relevant universities，this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the specific measures to cultivate the ability of innovation and career development of postgraduates.
