AbstractTheintegrationofFive-EducationandMentalHealthEducationisakeymeasure toenhance thepsychological quality of college students inthe new era，promote their comprehensive development，and achieve the goals of quality education.Thearticlesummarizes thespecific measures andstudentparticipation in the integrationofFive-Educationand Mental HealthEducationinunversitiesthroughaquestionnairesurveyof916collgestdents，aswellastheefectiveness and existing problems of the integration ofFive-Education and Mental Health Education. Based on this，three strategies are proposed： innovating the integration methods andconstructinga modelofmutualpromotion betweenFive-Education andMental HealthEducation;Establishasystematic，personalized，andprogresiveresourcesystemfortheinegationof five-education and mental health education activities; Develop a feedback and evaluation mechanismthatintegrates fiveeducation and mental health education， and continuously improve it.
