AbstractThe article takes the production process quality controlofNiuhuang Jiedutablets as an example to introduce th teaching designand practiceofthe drug qualitytesting technologycourse inhigher vocational education.This teaching design isbasedonthequalitycontrol(QC)positioninpharmaceuticalcompanies,usingNiuhuang Jiedutablets asacarrier and selecting typical quality control tasks as teaching content. Before class,students self-study through micro lessons, animations and other resources. During class, under the guidance of the teacher,students complete leaming tasks through six stages: creating situations,clarifying tasks,collcting information,formulating plans,implementing tasks, summarizing andevaluating. Afterclasspersonalizedclasification is used to improve homeworkand promote expansion and improvement.Suggestions were put forward in the teaching reflection to strengthen the integration ofon-the-job courses,competitions,and certificates,and to leverage the AI assisted learning function.
