AbstractUnder the background of the "Double First Class"construction， traditional engineering majors are facing urgent needs for transformation，upgrading，and innovative development.Taking the cultivation ofoutstanding talents in mining engineringasanexample，this article explores anew modelof industry education integration andcolaborative education.By integrating high-qualityresources fromuniversities，enterprises，andresearch institutions，itconstructsan educationsytemthatdeplyintegratesdustyacademia，esearch，andpplication，andisommitedtoultiatinghig qualityoutstandingtalents inmining engineering with innovativespirit and practicalabilty.Thearticlefirstanalyzes the newrequirements of the "Double First Class" construction for the training of mining engineering professionals，then elaborates onthe importanceand necesityofthe industry educationintegrationandcollaborativeeducation model，and finally explores indetail theimplementation pathofthis model，inorder toprovide more top-notch innovative talents for the mining engineering profession.
