Abstract Against the backdrop of deepening vocational education reform，school enterprise cooperation in vocational finance and accounting is crucial for cultivating professional talents that meet market demand.The article aims to addressthe existing problems in school enterprise cooperation in vocational finance and accounting majors and innovate cooperation models.By promoting the essence of cooperation，strengthening institutional guarantees， stimulating enterprise motivation，optimizing jobexpansion，and integrating textbook practices，innovative strategies are adopted to enhance the practical abilities of vocational finance and accounting students，promote the sustainable development of school enterprisecooperation，and provide theoretical and practical references for school enterprise cooperation in the field of vocational education.
