AbstractGovernment departments have repeatedly emphasized the importance of high-quality employment， pointing out that employment isthe largest ivelihood project， people-centered project，and fundamental project，and an important guaranteefor social stability. Based on this，from the perspective of high-quality employment，coeges anduniversities should constructaneficientand comprehensive employment support mechanism for higher Vocational students to enhance students' employment competitiveness and employment iteracy and promote social harmonious development.Higher vocational colleges can continuously promote the high-quality development of the employment support mechanism for higher vocational students through measures such as constructing a government-schoolindustry-enterprise collaborative employment support mechanism，strengthening the construction of the employment guidance teaching staff，andcomprehensively optimizing the employmentsupport policy environment，thus forming a more fair， positive， and sustainable new pattern of employment development.
