AbstractWiththetechnologicalinnovationsandevolvingservicedemandsinthenursingindustry,traditionalnursing educationcannolongermeettherequirementsof industrydevelopment.TheSTEAMeducationconcept,whichintegrates science,technologyengineering,arts,andmathematics,providesafreshperspectivefornursingeducation.This paper explores how studytours,basedontheSTEAMeducationconcept,canbe integrated into nursing educationto broaden interdisciplinary knowledge,stimulate innovative thinking,and enhance practical skills for nursing students.By establishingdiverseleaingplatforms,expandingstudytourresources,andformulatingpersonalizedteacherprofessonal development plans,this approach promotes acloser alignment betweennursing educationand industry needs,cultivating high-quality nursing professionalswho can adapt to future healthcare demands.
