高校教師教學研究能力現(xiàn)狀分析與提升路徑研究

AbstractIn the new era，higher education has shifted from expanding inscale to developing indepth，and teachers' teaching and research abilities have become an important criterion for measuring thequality of higher education.The articleanalyzes the important significance of enhancing the teaching andresearch capabilities ofuniversity teachers in promoting teaching quality improvement and serving society. I studies thecurrent situation and new chalenges faced by university teachers'teaching and research capabilities，and proposes apath for improving the teaching andresearch capabilities of university teachers from the aspects of reforming teachers'ideological concepts to update their own knowledge system，developing teacher development projects to enhance professional competence， strengthening industry education integration to promote teaching innovation，and establishing a service guarante system to promote sustainable development.
