AbstractPostgraduate education is a crucial link connecting academic innovation and social needs. Its training quality notonly directly afects the national scientific and technological strength and economic development level but also plays an irreplaceable role in serving the regional economy and promoting social progress. In view of the current practical dilemmas in postgraduate education,such as the imperfect management system,insuficientconstructionof the teaching staff team,and lagging allocationof educational resources,itis necessarytobase onthe employmentoriented perspective. With dynamic system construction, diversified teacher collaboration,and intensive resource integration as the core, more comprehensive employment support can be provided for postgraduate students,and the high-quality development of higher education can be promoted.
