AbstractWiththediversificationofsocial contradictions，the frequent occurrence of emergencies，andtheincreasing developmentoftechnological means，the tasksand working environmentofpublic securityorgans have also undergone profoundchanges，and therequirements fortheprofessonalskillsandemergencyresponsecapabilitiesofpoliceofficers are ncreasinglyincreasing.Thearticleis basedontheroleofOBEconcept inpromoting the integrationofcase teaching andpracticalexercises，combinedwiththepracticaldificultiesfacedintheprocessofintegratingthetwo，andproposes measures toimproveteachingresourceconstruction，strengthenteachers'practicalteachinglevel，andfocusonproblem guidance，soas todeeply integrate clasroom knowledge with practical scenariosandhelp students transform leamed knowledge into practical abilities on the basis of theoretical learning.
