AbstractWiththediversificationofsocial contradictions,the frequent occurrence of emergencies,andtheincreasing developmentoftechnological means,the tasksand working environmentofpublic securityorgans have also undergone profoundchanges,and therequirements fortheprofessonalskillsandemergencyresponsecapabilitiesofpoliceofficers are ncreasinglyincreasing.Thearticleis basedontheroleofOBEconcept inpromoting the integrationofcase teaching andpracticalexercises,combinedwiththepracticaldificultiesfacedintheprocessofintegratingthetwo,andproposes measures toimproveteachingresourceconstruction,strengthenteachers'practicalteachinglevel,andfocusonproblem guidance,soas todeeply integrate clasroom knowledge with practical scenariosandhelp students transform leamed knowledge into practical abilities on the basis of theoretical learning.
