AbstractInthecontextofruralrevitalization,nhancing theeducationalqualificationsand instructionalcapabilities of rural teachers is crucial for advancing the modernization of rural education and achieving educational equity. In 2023,the Education Department of Henan Province developed and isued the "Implementation Planofthe Academic Qualification Enhancement Project for Rural Teachers in Henan Province (Trial Version)" to support teachers with substandard academic qualifications in upgrading their credentials to theundergraduate level.This study aims to adress the urgent need forhigh-quality rural teachers withinthe framework of therural revitalization strategy and proposes strategies for establishing a quality assurance system for the academic qualification enhancement of rural teachers in Henan Province, thereby promoting the high-quality development of rural education.
