AbstractWith the rapid development of digital technology,the educational management mode in the field of education is undergoing profound changes.Thearticle takes the integration strategyofeducational management under the digitalbackground as the research object,with data-drivenas thecore concept and thebasic principles of peopleoriented,technologyempowerment, collaborative innovation,andcontinuousoptimization.Itsystematicallyanalyzes the key elements and implementation path of educational management integration from four aspects. Research has shown that through data integration and sharing, optimizing management processes, introducing modern information technology,and enhancinguser serviceexperience,it is possible to efectively promote thedigital transformationof educational management, improve management efficiency and service quality.
