面向高素質人才培養(yǎng)的電梯教學團隊建設
——以常熟理工學院電梯行業(yè)學院為例
摘 要:承載著為區(qū)域行業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高質量人才的歷史使命,為推動課程建設和教學改革,提升教學質量,組建電梯教學團隊,該文在常熟理工學院現(xiàn)有電梯教學課程體系基礎上,通過課程群建設和多元化教學模式,促進發(fā)揮團隊的集聚整合效應,將學生的培養(yǎng)與團隊的建設過程聯(lián)動融合,實現(xiàn)團隊特色高水平發(fā)展。

Abstract: Bearing the historical mission of cultivating high-quality talents for regional industrial economic development, in order to promote curriculum construction and teaching reform, improve teaching quality and establish elevator teaching team, based on the existing elevator teaching curriculum system of our university, this paper promotes the agglomeration and integration effect of the team through curriculum group construction and diversified teaching mode, combining the cultivation of students with the process of team construction to realize the high-level development of team characteristics.
