——智能制造成熟度診斷案例分析

摘要:本文運用GB/T 39116-2020智能制造能力成熟度模型,基于近6萬家制造業(yè)企業(yè)評估診斷數(shù)據(jù),分析了我國材料化工行業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的現(xiàn)狀及面臨挑戰(zhàn),并選擇成都市材料化工企業(yè)作為案例進行分析。研究結(jié)論豐富了智能制造成熟度模型的相關(guān)研究成果,也可為材料化工企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供有益借鑒。

Abstract: This articletakes the GB/T 39116-2020 Maturity Model of Intelligent Manufacturing Capability to analyze the development and challenges of digital transformation in material chemical industry, based on diagnostic data from nearly 60 000 manufacturing enterprises. Also, the paper selects material chemical enterprises in Chengdu as case study. The research findings can provide valuable insights for the digital transformation of material chemical enterprises.
