基于“四融并重”理念的計算機(jī)人才培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建

摘要：本文基于“四融并重”理念，探討計算機(jī)人才培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建。通過產(chǎn)教融合、管理融合、科教融合與雙師融合四方面維度，構(gòu)建適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求的計算機(jī)人才培養(yǎng)體系，以提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)計算機(jī)教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的深度融合。

Abstract： Based on the concept of "equal emphasis on the four integrations"， this paper discusses the construction of a computer talent cultivation system. Through the four dimensions of industry-education integration， management integration， science-education integration， and dual-teacher integration， a computer talent cultivation system that adapts to the needs of industrial development is established， aiming to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and promote the deep integration of computer education and industrial development.
