摘要：信息技術(shù)融合對圖書館空間布局及人才培養(yǎng)具有重要影響。本文通過文獻回顧、案例分析和用戶調(diào)查，分析了其在圖書館空間布局和資源配置中的作用，探索了提升用戶信息素養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)效率和創(chuàng)新能力的策略，為圖書館空間布局和人才培養(yǎng)提供了新思路。

Abstract： The integration of information technology has a significant impact on the spatial layout of libraries and talent cultivation. Through literature review， case analysis， and user surveys， this paper analyzes its role in the spatial layout of libraries and resource allocation， explores strategies for improving users' information literacy， learning efficiency， and innovation ability， and provides new ideas for the spatial layout of libraries and talent cultivation.
