摘要：本文從新型云數(shù)據(jù)中心概述、新型云數(shù)據(jù)中心建設的集成管理出發(fā)，對新型云數(shù)據(jù)中心建設項目的管理體系進行了深入探討，并結合云數(shù)據(jù)中心建設的成功案例，分析了新型云數(shù)據(jù)中心建設中的項目管理關鍵點，以期能夠為大型企業(yè)的云數(shù)據(jù)中心建設提供有益的參考。
