玉米脂肪酸值檢測(cè)影響因素的綜合分析

摘 要：玉米脂肪酸值作為衡量其質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)，其檢測(cè)結(jié)果的精確性直接關(guān)乎質(zhì)量評(píng)判的準(zhǔn)確性。本文深入探討檢測(cè)流程中人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)五大核心要素對(duì)玉米脂肪酸值檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的潛在影響，總結(jié)提高玉米脂肪酸值檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為確保玉米質(zhì)量評(píng)估提供參考。

Comprehensive Analysis of Factors Affecting the Detection of Corn Fatty Acid Value

Abstract： As a key index to measure the quality of corn fatty acids， the accuracy of its detection results is directly related to the accuracy of quality evaluation. In this paper， the potential influence of five core factors of human， machine， material， method and environment on the detection accuracy of corn fatty acid value was deeply discussed， and the experience of improving the detection accuracy of corn fatty acid value was summarized to provide reference for ensuring corn quality assessment.
