白菜中農(nóng)藥殘留快速檢測(cè)方法的比較研究

摘 要:采用酶抑制率法與膠體金免疫層析法對(duì)白菜中8種殘留風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高的農(nóng)藥進(jìn)行檢測(cè),并以氣相色譜定量檢測(cè)結(jié)果作為評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù)對(duì)兩種快速檢測(cè)方法的檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果表明,膠體金免疫層析法較酶抑制率法的檢測(cè)范圍更寬、準(zhǔn)確性更高、針對(duì)性較強(qiáng),適用于蔬菜產(chǎn)地、市場(chǎng)及基層監(jiān)管部門(mén)等開(kāi)展白菜中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)。

Comparative Study on Rapid Detection Methods for Pesticide Residues in Cabbage

Abstract: Enzyme inhibition rate method and colloidal gold immunochromatography were used to detect 8 pesticides with high residual risk in Chinese cabbage, and the quantitative detection results of gas chromatography were used as the evaluation basis to compare the detection results of the two rapid detection methods. The results showed that colloidal gold immunochromatography has a wider detection range, higher accuracy, and stronger specificity than enzyme inhibition rate method, and is suitable for detecting pesticide residues in cabbage in vegetable production areas, markets, and grassroots regulatory departments.
