Abstract： Beer flavor significantly affects consumers’ perception and evaluation of products， so it is of great significance to study the influencing factors and control measures of beer flavor substances. This paper discusses the influence factors and control measures of beer flavor substances in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving beer flavor.
