徐州市食品加工業(yè)在鄉(xiāng)村振興過程中的SWOT分析

摘 要：江蘇省徐州市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源豐富，傳統(tǒng)的食品加工行業(yè)經(jīng)過多年的積累，具備良好的基礎。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外發(fā)展趨勢，通過分析徐州食品加工業(yè)具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，思考面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，使其在鄉(xiāng)村振興過程中更好地發(fā)揮作用。

SWOT Analysis of Xuzhou Food Processing Industry in the Process of Rural Revitalization

Abstract： Xuzhou city， Jiangsu province， is rich in agricultural resources. Its traditional food production and processing industry has a good foundation after years of accumulation. Combined with the development trend at home and abroad， by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Xuzhou food processing industry， and considering the opportunities and challenges， we can make it play a better role in the process of revitalization.
