論食品工程的安全保障與監(jiān)督管理研究

摘 要：在當(dāng)前我國良好的經(jīng)濟形勢影響下，食品領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展速度正在不斷加快。為了增強食品工程建設(shè)及發(fā)展效果，滿足人們的健康需求，應(yīng)關(guān)注該工程的安全保障，積極開展監(jiān)督工作?；诖耍疚尼槍κ称饭こ贪踩矫娲嬖诘膯栴}，提出加強食品工程安全保障與監(jiān)督的策略，從而有效保障我國食品安全。

Study on Safety Guarantee and Supervision Management of Food Engineering

Abstract： Under the influence of the current good economic situation in China， the development speed of the food field is accelerating. In practice， in order to enhance the construction and development effect of food engineering and meet people’s health needs， we should pay attention to the safety guarantee of the project and actively carry out supervision. Based on this， this paper puts forward strategies to strengthen food engineering safety assurance and supervision in order to effectively protect food safety in China.
