大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下食品安全管理的創(chuàng)新思考

摘 要：近年來(lái)，大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)不斷更新，將大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于食品安全監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域，產(chǎn)生了新的智慧監(jiān)管模式。本文對(duì)此新模式產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題及原因進(jìn)行了分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下加強(qiáng)食品安全監(jiān)管的策略。

Innovative Ideas on Food Safety Management in the Context of Big Data

Abstract： In recent years， big data technology and Internet technology have been constantly updated and applied to the field of food safety regulation， resulting in a new intelligent regulatory model. This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of this new model， and discusses strategies to strengthen food safety regulation in the context of big data.
