平板計數(shù)法測定果酒中菌落總數(shù)的不確定度分析

摘 要:為了提高實驗室檢測結(jié)果的準確度,本文結(jié)合食品微生物檢驗菌落總數(shù)測定的最新標準與評定測量不確定度的相關(guān)規(guī)定要求,分析果酒中菌落總數(shù)不確定度的來源,采用合并樣本標準差的方法來評定菌落總數(shù)的不確定度。結(jié)果建立了果酒中菌落總數(shù)的不確定度評定方法,測量不確定的擴展不確定度為0.079 3。

Uncertainty Analysis of Total Number of Colonies in Fruit Wine by Plate Counting Method

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of laboratory test results, the latest standards for total bacterial count determination of food microbiological test and related requirements for evaluation of measurement uncertainty was combined in this paper, the source of total uncertainty of bacteria in fruit wine was analyzed and the method of uniting standard deviation was applied to determine the uncertainty of the colony. The results showed that the method was established to evaluate the uncertainty of total number of bacteria in fruit wine, and the extended uncertainty of measurement uncertainty was 0.0793.
