食品檢驗檢測的質(zhì)量控制及細(xì)節(jié)問題研究

摘 要：近年來，我國食品行業(yè)取得了巨大成就，年均食品出口量不斷增長，但地溝油、瘦肉精等安全問題層出不窮，給人們的身體健康及生命安全帶來了潛在威脅，不利于食品行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。食品安全關(guān)系著社會秩序的穩(wěn)定，因此做好食品檢驗檢測工作確保食品安全具有重大的意義。

Study on Quality Control and Details of Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： In recent years， food industry has made great achievements in our country， and the average annual food export volume has been increasing， but safety issues such as waste oil and clenbuterol are emerging one after another， which poses potential threats to people’s health and safety and is unfavorable for the sustainable development of food industry. Food safety is related to the stability and order of society， therefore， it is of great significance to do a good job in food inspection and testing to ensure food safety.
