食品安全抽檢監(jiān)測工作相關(guān)問題探討

摘 要：食品安全工作是長期性工作，必須始終將其作為一項硬指標(biāo)來對待。為有效提升質(zhì)量管理水平，相關(guān)部門需要突出工作中的重點與難點，將質(zhì)量管理對象集中在食品安全風(fēng)險監(jiān)測計劃的制定與實施上，把食品安全抽檢監(jiān)測工作落實到位。

Discussion on Issues Related to Food Safety Sampling and Monitoring Work

Abstract： Food safety jobs are long-term jobs and must always be treated as a hard indicator. In order to effectively improve the quality management level， relevant departments need to highlight the key points and difficulties in the work， focus the quality management objects on the formulation and implementation of food safety risk monitoring plan， and implement the sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety in place.
