高校食堂食品安全監(jiān)管工作模式分析與管理對策
摘 要:食品安全是高校健康發(fā)展的保證和基礎(chǔ)。高校食堂作為廣大師生就餐的重要場所,食品安全管理工作尤為重要。本文通過對高校食堂經(jīng)營管理模式的分析,對食品安全管理中出現(xiàn)的各類問題進(jìn)行研究分析,為進(jìn)一步做好高校后勤管理工作奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Analysis and Management Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision Work Mode in College Canteens

Abstract: Food safety is the guarantee and foundation of the healthy development of colleges and universities.As an important place for the majority of teachers and students to eat, food safety management is particularly important.This paper analyzes the management mode of university canteen and analyzes the various problems of food safety management, which lays the foundation for further university logistics management.
