氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測中的應用

摘 要：本文綜述了氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測中的應用。通過詳細介紹氣相色譜法的原理和特點，重點闡述該方法在農(nóng)藥殘留、獸藥殘留、營養(yǎng)成分分析等方面的應用，分析氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測中存在的問題，并對其未來發(fā)展趨勢進行展望。

Application of Gas Chromatography in Agricultural Products Testing

Abstract： This paper reviews the application of gas chromatography in the detection of agricultural products. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of gas chromatography in detail， focuses on the application of this method in pesticide residues， veterinary drug residues， nutrition analysis and other aspects， analyzes the problems existing in the detection of agricultural products by gas chromatography， and looks forward to its future development trend.
