居家養(yǎng)老的老年人食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控策略研究

摘 要：本文闡述老年人食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控的必要性，分析居家養(yǎng)老的老年人食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控中存在的問(wèn)題，并提出居家養(yǎng)老的老年人食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控策略，以期為保障居家養(yǎng)老的老年人食品安全，促進(jìn)健康老齡化提供參考。

Research on Prevention and Control Strategy of Food Safety Risk for the Elderly in Home Care

Abstract： This paper expounds the necessity of food safety risk prevention and control for the elderly， analyzes the existing problems in the prevention and control of food safety risk for the elderly in the home care， and puts forward the prevention and control strategy of food safety risk for the elderly in the home care， in order to provide references for ensuring food safety for the elderly in the home care and promoting healthy aging.
