摘 要：糧油是生活的必需品，保障糧油食品安全就是保障居民的身體安全，糧油食品檢測的重要性不言而喻。本文闡述了糧油檢測在監(jiān)督糧油食品安全中的作用，圍繞檢測重復(fù)性較高、問題導(dǎo)向性薄弱分析了糧油檢測在監(jiān)督糧油食品安全中存在的問題，提出了解決對策。

Research on the Role of Grain and Oil Testing in Supervising Grain and Oil Food Safety

Abstract： Grain and oil is a necessity of life. To ensure the safety of grain， oil and food is to ensure the physical safety of residents. The importance of grain， oil and food testing is self-evident. This paper expounds the role of grain and oil testing in the supervision of grain and oil food safety， analyzes the problems of grain and oil testing in the supervision of grain， oil and food safety around the high detection repetition and weak problem orientation， and puts forward the countermeasures.
