摘 要:御米油是一種天然珍稀綠色植物油,富含多種酚類、植物甾醇、多不飽和脂肪酸和微量元素等營養(yǎng)成分,具有很好的食療保健功效。本文通過對御米油中的營養(yǎng)成分、保健功效及國內(nèi)外加工產(chǎn)品的研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述,以期為御米油產(chǎn)品的深度開發(fā)提供一定的技術支撐和理論依據(jù)。

Research Progress of Nutritional Efficacy of Poppy Seed Oil

Abstract: Poppy seed oil is a kind of natural rare green vegetable oil. It has a variety of nutrients such as tocopherols, polyphenols, phytosterols, polyunsaturated fatty acids and trace elements that are beneficial to the human body, and has good dietary and health care effects. This article summarizes the active ingredients, health effects and processing status of products in poppy seed oil at home and abroad, providing certain technical support and theoretical basis for the subsequent efficiency development of poppy seed oil products.
