Research on the Innovative Model of College Employment Education Based on the "Grand Ideological and Political Education" Concept

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of new challnges facing employment education in universities，this article explores the necesityand innovative models ofintegrating theconcept of"big ideology andpolitics" into it.The article points out thatintegrating this concept intouniversity employment educationcan help students developcomprehensively，and is in line with the talent cultivation orientationofuniversities andtheneeds of social development.Basedon this，the articleconstructsaninovativemodel thatincludes building an "ideologicaland political+industry" embedded practice matrix， constructing a "ideological and political employment"dual spiral curriculum evolution system， promoting the "ideological and political mentor+enterprise mentor" dual drive mentor system，and creatingan "ideological and political big data" inteligent insightand intervention system，aiming to improve the quality ofuniversity employment education and cultivate high-quality talents thatmeet the needs of the times.
