Exploration of the Development-oriented Subsidized Education Mechanism of "One-center， Three-order and Five-coordination"

AbstractOnthe basis ofensuredsubsidizededucation，development-oriented subsidizededucationpays moreatentionto students'growthprocessand spiritualneeds.Basedonthetwo-factortheoryandthehierarchyofneeds theory，this papertakes the development-orientedsubsidized education asthe guideanddigsdeep into the practicalneedsofstudents with economic difficulties.Combined withthe stage lawof students'development，this paper innovatively puts forward the working mechanismof"one-center，thre-orderandfive-coordinationforthedevelopment-orientedsubsidizededucation.Thispaper divides thedemanddevelopmentof students witheconomic diffculties into three stages.Combining curriculum education， practicaleducation，culturaleducationnetwork educationandpsychologicaleducation，withthecoreofmoraleducation，this working mechanism contributes to helping students with economic dificulties growupand become talents. Onthebasis of reflecting onthetraditional modeofsubsidized education，the mechanismof"one-center，thre-stageandfive-coordiation" inovates in methods and thinking，and comprehensivelyexplores the deep-seated neds of the healthy development of students with economic difficulties.
