AbstractThescaleof graduateeducationcontinues to expand,and the traditionalresearch training modelis limited to a single discipline. Graduate students face many challenges incultivating their research vision, innovation ability, and interdisciplinarycollaboration ability.This study proposes amultidisciplinary open group model (MOS)aimed at creating a research environment that promotes academic exchange,resource sharing,and psychological support. Through interdisciplinaryparticipation,itenhances theresearchabilitiesand innovative thinkingofgraduatestudents. This article systematicaly explores the core concept, specific design,and implementation processofMOS, providing a new path for optimizing medical graduate education.
