Research on the Mechanism of University Funding and Education Based on Positive Psychology

(School of Materials and Physics, China University ofMining and Technology, Xuzhou, Jiangsu ) AbstractUniversity funding foreducation is an important guarantee for educational equityand talentcultivation,but traditionalfunding mechanisms often focus onmaterialsupportand ignore the needs for mental healthandcomprehensive development.Basedonthetheoryofpositive psychology,this article systematicallyanalyzes the currnt situationof the funding andeducation mechanism inuniversities,and finds that thecurent funding policies lack psychologicalcare and have a single intervention method. It proposes to optimize the design of funding policies with a "positive psychology orientation" and construct a diversified education mechanism by enhancing psychological capital, establishing a comprehensive support system,and implementing personalized counseling programs.The aim is to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the funding and education mechanism in universities.
