Practical Research on the Course Paradigm of Ethics Based on the Cultivation of Normal Students' Professional Ethics

AbstractEthics isacorecourse inideologicalandpoliticaleducationmajors inuniversities，whichplaysanimportantrole incultivatingteacher ethics among normal universitystudents.Theteaching team integrates theconstructionconceptof new liberalartsandthecertificationconceptofteachereducationmajors，andbasedonthe"highorder，innovationandchalenge" goldcourseconstructionstandard，condenses the ethicscourseteaching modeof"onecore，twodrives，andfive integrations"， whichcloselyfolows theideologicalandpoliticalcoreofthecouse，adheres tothedualdrveoftheoryandpractice，relies on the hierarchical content system of the integration of basic modules and key modules，the thre-dimensional learning resourcesofhorzontalandverticalintegration，theadvancedleaingmodeofonlineandoflineintegration，theessent andevaluationmechansmofprocesandterminationintegrationandthefivedimensional integrationoftheeducationfield of the integrationofprimary，secondary，tertiary，andtertiary classrooms.Through innovative teachingandpractical exploration，students'moral theorylevel，higher-orderthinkingabilitytoanalyzeandsolvecomplex moralproblems，as well as their sense of moral responsibilityand dedication，have all significantly improved.

1倫理學(xué)課程教學(xué)痛點分析

1.1重教材輕資源，抽象理論知識內(nèi)化難

倫理學(xué)內(nèi)容涉及多學(xué)科交叉，且應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域廣泛，而中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、社會熱點和學(xué)科前沿等優(yōu)質(zhì)資源融入不足，教材體系未能有效轉(zhuǎn)化為教學(xué)體系。（剩余4088字）
